nian post-punk artist Gentle Ropes debut album Rose Wine & Gallows is set to be released December 19th on Black Verb Records via Bandcamp – you can listen to the first single “Sunset Of Youth” from the album to be available in digital and cassette.
Gentle Ropes founder Serj Kost in an interview with The Blog That Celebrates Itself describes his music as a combination of post-punk, goth, coldwave, synthpop, darkgaze and deathrock influenced by The Cure’s Pornography and Only Theater Of Pain by Christian Death as well as Siouxsie & The Banshees, Veil Of Light and Bleib Modern.
