The Danish post-punk / coldwave bands MOTH and Kold Front have a split 12″ collection available via Bandcamp this week. The release marks the end for MOTH — earlier this year the 4-piece group from Copenhagen announced they were dismantling their band which was founded in 2012.
Inspired by the darker acts of the European post-punk/wave scene in the early eighties, MOTH plays their final mini-tour along with Kold Front:
- October 19th in Rostock at Bunker Rostock,
- October 20th in Berlin at Urban Spree,
- October 21st in Amsterdam at Vrankrijk,
- October 22nd in Ghent at Den Bristol.
MOTH will play final show at Ungdomshuset in Copenhagen on November 18th. The vinyl version of the 12″ split will be available during the mini-tour and online at http://elektriskeplader.com/.
