Italian post-punk / gothic rock band The Spiritual Bat have announced their new album Your Own World – And The Vision of Sound which will be out September 8th via Danse Macabre Records / Alive.
The nine-song album consists of entirely self-produced tracks by Dario Passamonti (guitar, music, arrangement) and Rosetta Garri (lyrics, vocals, arrangements, percussion) that had been arranged for their Summer 2016 tour. Upon the end of the tour the album was completed, mixed and mastered with help of engineer Marco Cento for a refined end-product sound.
The album features the musical contribution of synths on “Caress The Scar” by Ashkelon Sain (Trance To The Sun, Devoured by Flowers, Soriah) and synths on “Killing” by Emilio Torella.
New tour dates and release parties are currently being planned to present the album live with Emilio Torella on bass and Massimo Ceci on drums. We will have more information posted as soon as it becomes available.
